MSL Designs was started in 2005 by owner Michael Lambert to legitimize some of the work he had been doing on the side for friends, family, and other acquaintances. From 1994, Michael spent over 7 years in a high-tech related field that collapsed in late 2000 and forced a change of profession. Taking his AutoCAD experience with him, Michael soon found work with a Central Texas Land Surveying firm that hired him to draw plats and other schematics related to the field surveys that the company did. Michael worked in the field for a while to learn the survey process so he could better understand what he was drawing and how the information was gathered. Through his time here, he learned everything from land survey techniques to construction stake-out and survey support. Once he reached the plateau of advancement at the land survey company, Michael moved on to work for his current full-time employer at Chasco Constructors. Michael has been at Chasco for almost 7 years and has consistently added what he has experienced to the repertoire of MSL Designs, providing you with a very wide scope of knowledge that is based on the design field. |
